User support and training for MFG/PRO modules, Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Shop Floor Control (Freedom), Scheduling Software (Preactor) and other customized applications. Maintain documentation and change control. Analyze business process potentials for streamlining and improvements in efficiencies. Meet regularly with departments to solicit feedback on needs. Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field. 3-6 years experience with QAD and/or related ERP systems. Larger systems such as JD Edwards and SAP or others would be considered. Experience in Manufacturing environments using MFG/PRO and related Software (Medical Device Manufacturing experience desirable). Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation APICS certification, Six Sigma Black Belt, or MFG/PRO certification are a plus. Programming knowledge in any of the following are a plus: Progress 4GL, .NET, XML, SQL. PC servers, workstations and laptops. Microsoft environment. Work with standard current computer applications, word processing, spreadsheets, QAD, Freedom, Preactor and EAM.
